Why it matters
More Than Curb Appeal
Protects Your Siding
Algae and mildew feed on siding surfaces and shorten their life. Regular soft washing protects one of the biggest investments you own.
Healthier Home

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to blast away dirt. Soft washing uses low pressure plus professional cleaning solutions to safely remove algae, mold and mildew at the root. For siding, we almost always soft wash β it's safer for your home and the results last longer.
Will it hurt my plants, pets or paint?
No. We pre-wet and rinse landscaping, keep pets inside during the wash, and use solutions at dilutions that are safe for painted and vinyl surfaces when applied correctly β which is the whole job.
How often should I have my house washed?
In coastal North Carolina humidity, most homes benefit from a wash every 12β24 months. If you're seeing green on the north side, it's time.
How long does a house wash take?
Most single-story homes take 2β4 hours. Two-story homes and heavy growth can take longer β we'll give you a time window with your quote.
